1. Service Provider
Kon-Tiki is a brand operated by Kvik, a sole proprietorship (obrt) registered in Croatia. For any question about these Terms, contact admin.kontiki@gmail.com.
2. Description of Service
Kon-Tiki produces digital guides and systems for employed people building income on the side, using AI as a tool rather than a replacement for judgment. Kon-Tiki does not replace legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for checking compliance with laws that apply to you.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing access, accessing any Kon-Tiki product, or using any Kon-Tiki feature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and the related Privacy Policy.
4. User Access
- You must provide accurate information at purchase.
- Access is personal and is not transferable to another person.
- Sharing access links or purchased materials with others is not permitted.
- Report any suspected unauthorized use of your access immediately.
5. Permitted and Prohibited Use
Kon-Tiki materials may be used only for your own personal or business purposes, in line with the access you purchased.
The following is not permitted:
- reproducing, copying, redistributing, or reselling any guide, prompt, or content without written permission,
- automated scraping or bulk downloading of content,
- using the content to build a competing educational product,
- publicly sharing materials without explicit permission.
6. Products, Purchase, and Payment
All prices are one-time payments in USD unless otherwise stated on the page where you purchased. Payment is processed by Stripe; Kon-Tiki does not store your card details. Once purchased, you retain access to the version of the product available at the time of purchase.
7. The Action-Taker Guarantee (30 days)
Every Kon-Tiki product carries the same guarantee logic: the risk sits with us, the effort sits with you.
The Small Exit
Complete the Phase 1 validation exercises. If you do the work and it doesn't give you clarity on what to build and whether people will pay for it, send the filled templates within 30 days and the full amount is refunded, no argument.
AI Content Engine
Run the Voice Calibration and one monthly cycle. If a month of content isn't sitting in front of you at the end of it, show the work within 30 days and the full amount is refunded.
The Faceless Content Pack
Open and use at least three of the eight systems. If none of them saved you anything, email what you tried within 30 days and every cent comes back.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email admin.kontiki@gmail.com with a short description of what you tried. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
8. Service Availability
Kon-Tiki aims to keep all products and delivery links continuously available. Occasional downtime for maintenance may occur, with advance notice where reasonably possible. Kon-Tiki is not liable for interruptions caused by events outside its reasonable control.
9. Results and Disclaimer
Kon-Tiki content is based on real experience and documented examples, including failures where relevant. Results depend on factors including effort, existing skills, market conditions, and individual circumstances.
Kon-Tiki does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Examples shown are not typical and do not represent a promise of income.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kon-Tiki's total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content — guides, prompts, templates, text, and visual elements — is the property of Kon-Tiki or its licensors. Purchasing access grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own purposes. Public sharing, reproduction, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
11. Termination
You may request that your access be closed and your data deleted at any time. Kon-Tiki may terminate access for a user who violates these Terms, shares materials without permission, or uses the product in a way that harms other users or Kon-Tiki. Refunds are not guaranteed in cases of termination for violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
Kon-Tiki may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where applicable, communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
13. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia. For questions about these Terms or a purchase, email admin.kontiki@gmail.com.
